A vital part of the Brown Harris Stevens Team in Winter Park, Jon Franz is a business broker, consultant and licensed real estate broker.  Jon specializes in the sale of small to midsize businesses.  His vast experience includes business sales, valuations, consultation and commercial sales and leasing.  He offers business consultation services to help business owners achieve their objectives and also to prepare and position the business for sale, years prior to selling.   He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.

Raised in the Midwest, Jon earned his BA in Finance at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.   Upon graduation, Jon water-skied professionally for SeaWorld of Florida.  During that time Jon earned his Masters in Finance at the University of Central Florida. Prior to Business Broker and Consultant, Jon spent over 10 years of his career in Finance and Accounting roles with large Fortune 500 companies, Anheuser-Busch and Siemens Power Generation.  At Siemens, Mr. Franz had the opportunity to travel abroad and experience other cultures and their business practices.  His most recent position was Controller of Worker´s Temporary Staffing, a Staffing Company comprised of 32 branches totaling $60M in sales.

Jon is happily married to Jenni Franz, speech pathologist with Brookshire Elementary in Winter Park.  Together they reside in Winter Park with their 2 dachshunds, Mocha and Maisey.  As a resident of Winter Park, Jon has an intimate knowledge of Central Florida businesses, neighborhoods, demographics and infrastructure.
